Maria DeGrandis leads AWS’ Financial Services ISV Center of Excellence. She is responsible for setting and delivering on AWS’ strategy for software and data providers with specialized solutions in financial services. Her team manages complex and strategy partner relationships focused on building modern cloud native solutions, and helping partners drive business outcomes for our mutual customers. Maria has more than 18y years’ experience in capital markets, having started her career as an equity derivatives trader. Prior to joining AWS Maria led specialist sales teams at Bloomberg focused on evaluated pricing for fixed income and derivative products. Maria has a bachelor of commerce degree from McGill university with a dual concentration on Finance and Economics.
