Morgan is a Senior Technical Partnerships Manager at Oracle Red Bull Racing, one of his key responsibilities is to support the technical partners programs.

Morgan is knowledgeable about Marketing and the technical aspects of F1 after 5 years in the industry. Having studied aerospace engineering, Morgan initially began his career as a Race Engineer to migrate to Marketing and Partnership Management. This transition allowed him to apply his technical expertise in a broader context and gain a deeper understanding of the business side of the Motorsports industry.
