As CEO of Equine Network, Tom has spent 30 years leading organic and acquisition growth through innovation and transformation to his existing platform. What started as a consumer newsletter has grown into one of the largest equine membership, data and events businesses in North America. EN now enjoys multi-channel recurring revenue streams with exceptionally high renewal rates and healthy bottom-line margins.

As a startup in 1990, Tom quickly realized that to achieve his vision he would need to partner with key outside capital allowing EN to become more nimble to rapidly changing technology and consumer channel mix. Thus, he formed relationships with private equity partners to propel that vision. Now as a leader in equine experiences, services and data, Equine Network is poised to grow to the next level, building a company to last for future generations.
