Tripti serves as an Executive Director in the Securities Reference Data Product team at JP Morgan. This team is an important building block in establishing and maintaining the firm’s system of record for Securities Reference Data. Within the team, Tripti is entrusted with the responsibility of shaping the Data Strategy, defining the architecture Target State, and driving the implementation of the data delivery roadmap for Authoritative Data Sources. She collaborates closely with various teams and stakeholders to ensure the firm has seamless access to Certified Data, and she actively promotes the concept of “data as an asset” through her engagement in data governance.

With two decades of experience in Reference Data Operations and Product, Tripti is widely recognized for her ability to simplify complex data concepts, her team leadership and is a go-to expert for new product enhancements.
