The year 2020 turned everything on its head. In years prior, many associations relied heavily on in-person engagement to drive member value, maintain sponsorships, and grow brand awareness. But once the pandemic began, associations had to redefine their approach to engagement – how they engage, where they engage, and even who they engage with.
