We developed this style guide for the American Physiological Society (APS) to capture commonly used style rules. Here, you'll find the table of contents to give you a feel the for type of style rules we cover. In addition to general usage guidance and tips, we include login information for our reference style guide (AP Stylebook) and share our reference dictionary (Merriam-Webster) so APS members and staff can find style rules and recommendations beyond what we've included. This style guide covers all areas of the organization except our scientific research journals, which are governed by a separate, specialized style guide that's managed by our Publications team.
