Head of Diversity & Inclusion, Brewin Dolphin

Caroline Lake has been a member of the Women in Finance Board since August 2019 and represents the Asset Management & Investment sector. She will talk to us about the work that led to the introduction of the Charter, its key goals, progress to date and the role of the Board in supporting signatory firms to achieve and stretch their targets.

Caroline has worked at Brewin Dolphin for 15 years. In her role as Head of Diversity & Inclusion she leads on creating and delivering their D&I and Employee Wellbeing strategies.

Caroline is also a Trustee of the charity, Exeter Community Initiatives, which helps people get their lives back on track and overcome the impact of experiences like inequality, poverty and homelessness.
