Claire Pannell, Global Head, Market Data, Legal & General Investment Management 

Claire is an experienced financial professional who has worked in the data industry for 25+ years. She has extensive knowledge across the data vendor & operational landscape. Her team is globally responsible for all aspects of the market data supplier & procurement life cycle across: real-time, index, proxy, research, pricing and reference data suppliers. Claire has a keen interest in index data/benchmark providers whilst partnering to build custom index solutions. Claire joined LGIM in 2006 from BGI (now Blackrock) where at the time she left she was Global Market Data Product Manager. She graduated from Leicester University with a 2.1 BSc Hons in Management Science. Claire has a passion for diversity & inclusion and is named as a role model for LGBT Great.
