David began his career in the technology industry in the UK and Europe, selling to capital markets firms. In 1995 he moved to New York to co-found MDSL and has been a force in the Market Data space ever since. His client-focused style was instrumental to MDM’s development as the first solution to contain the massive market data issue.

David operates at the intersection of global financial institutions, market data vendors, and the latest innovative technology service providers to offer risk management and data compliance solutions and services. David continues to advocate for his clients as CEO of DataCompliance LLC, a global advisory practice focused on data compliance and IPR management, including methodology to maximize compliance.
