Jason is one of the original co-founders of Xplan which was acquired by Iress in 2003. Jason has held a number of senior leadership roles at Iress, including being the Managing Director of Asia for a decade.

Prior to joining Iress, Jason was a National Sales Marketing Manager at Vision FPS and a Paraplanner at William M Mercer.
