Jason Howard is the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer of Tegus, Inc., a leading provider of investment research products and services. Tegus customers have access to an end-to-end, modern investment research platform that has industry-leading compliance built in. Prior to joining Tegus, Jason spent 13+ years in the SEC’s Division of Enforcement, where he investigated and litigated violations of the federal securities laws, including three years as a part of the Public Finance Abuse Unit. Jason works hybrid from Michigan where he resides with his wife, Alexis, and their two children, Ella (10) and Lila (6).
