Graduate Leadership Program Director, Refinitiv

Jessica Kwiatkowsi has worked in the financial services industry for over 16 years. She has a passion for recruiting, developing, and coaching early career talent. For the past two and a half years Jessica has managed millennials across North America in her current role as the Director of the Graduate Leadership Program at Refinitiv.

Jessica graduated from University of Illinois at Chicago with a double major in Management and Marketing and a minor in Entrepreneurial Studies.

An avid cyclist and yogi, she also enjoys listening to podcasts, reading, cooking, and spending her free time with her husband and their teenaged children.
