Laura manages licensing and business relationships with market data vendors providing services to Fidelity’s Asset Management and Fund & Investment Operations organizations. Her role in Vendor Relations spans contract negotiation, management of vendor risk and performance, team management and process improvement. She joined Fidelity in 2013, following a career on the supplier side of the market data industry supply chain, having served in sales, marketing, development and support of products at Dow Jones Markets (Telerate), Cicada Corp., Chi-X, Indepth Data and Xignite.
