With over 20 years of experience in financial technology sales and client success, Laura Ryan is the Founder of Telos Advisory- empowering global technology founders and executives to penetrate new markets, outperform the competition, and exceed revenue targets with custom go-to-market and commercial strategies.

Laura’s expertise spans the investment lifecycle and capital markets data and analytics. She was most recently FactSet APAC’s Head of Buyside Specialty Sales. Before FactSet, Laura was the APAC Market Development Lead for Investment & Advisory & listed trading solutions at Refinitiv, APAC Sales Head at Eze Software Group & Tora Trading. Laura also launched the APAC ex-Japan operation of Orbital Insight, a niche geospatial analytics firm based out of Palo Alto.

Laura’s career began at Cantor Fitzgerald/BGC Partners where she focused on FX interdealer brokerage and fixed income trading platforms. Laura holds a bachelor degree in Business Management from Bucknell University.

She is passionate about connecting people and solving problems together, and actively engages in thought leadership, public speaking, mentorship, and DEI advocacy throughout Asia and the US.
