Digital Marketing Manager, MCI USA
Nicole Quain serves on MCI USA’s Marketing & Communications team as a digital marketing manager for multiple associations. Nicole strategically manages, develops, and implements digital marketing campaigns for association events, education, and membership initiatives across various pathways including social media, association websites, email, and Google Ads. At MCI USA, Nicole curates press releases, video content, social media messaging, and paid advertising to inform and engage association members, prospective members, and industry experts. Nicole often pulls fresh ideas and new ways of thinking from her diverse background, having marketed for multiple types of organizations across 10 different industries. She received dual Bachelor of Science degrees in film and video, and advertising and public relations, with a business minor from Grand Valley State University.
