Head of Real-Time Data, London Stock Exchange Group

Simon Youdan is Head of Real Time Data for London Stock Exchange Group.  He is responsible for all content within the Refinitiv Real Time and Tick History businesses. With over 15 years’ experience in the financial industry, he has held various senior positions within some of the largest organisations in this space. He started his career at Reuters in the content team and worked through the ranks before joining Euronext in their compliance function.  After a few successful years he was asked to join the LSE as Head of Business Development but quickly moved to the position of Head of Market Data where he spent 5 enjoyable years pioneering policy development as well as growing the global footprint. The year before the Refintiv acquisition he took a position as the COO of the Data Solutions vertical where he played an instrumental role in the acquisition of Refinitiv and subsequently was rewarded with the role he holds today.  Simon is a keen, but terrible, golfer but still holds hopes of winning the next FISD golf day.
